3478062 - Onboarding Tasks in To-Do Not Open – Onboarding 1.0

When a candidate tries to access "Onboarding Tasks" in the To-Do list, the page fails to load.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Log in to the instance.
2. Proxy as the affected user.
3. Go to To-Do and click on "Onboarding Tasks".
4. The page does not load.

The user does not have the required permissions.

1. Review the roles assigned to the affected user.
2. Ensure the permission "Manage Onboarding 1.0" is included.
   • Administrative Permission > Manage On/Offboarding 1.0 > Manage Onboarding 1.0 Permission
3. Add the missing permission to the user’s role to allow access to Onboarding Tasks.
