3478078 - Error J1B_NFE107 with non-SAP third-party NFe messaging systems

Symptom

After the implementation of SAP notes associated to NT2023.004, the error J1B_NFE107 occurs on NFe authorization process.
It reads: "electronic fiscal document numbering not possible for document number".
System is not able to determine the active server during the submission of a nota fiscal document for approval when using a custom messaging solution.
