• How to insert the deep link URL of the Job Application in emails sent to Recruiting Operators?
• Token [[APPLICATION_PROFILE_URL]] is not supported in some Recruiting email triggers. How can we create the URL?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

It is possible to use the token [[APPLICATION_PROFILE_URL]] to insert the Application URL for a recruiting operator who has access to view the job application.

Based on Deep Links in Recruiting, we can also build the deep link by using the token [[APPLICATION_ID]]. The format is "https://{SuccessFactors URL}/sf/recruiting/jobApplicationSummary?jobapplicationid=[[APPLICATION_ID]]".

This is applicable if the Recruiting email trigger does not support the token [[APPLICATION_PROFILE_URL]] but supports [[APPLICATION_ID]].
