3478135 - saphostctrl -function ListDatabases returns 'SYBASE Replication Agent Thread' is Stopped even there is no issue with HADR replication - SAP SRS

Symptom

  • When running the saphostctrl -function ListDatabases command from Standby host, it returns SYBASE Replication Agent Thread is Stopped as below:
        Component name: RepAgent thread (SYBASE Replication Agent Thread), Status: Stopped (Running Rep Agents:  / Stopped Rep Agents: master, <SID>)
  • Run sap_status path from RMA shows the replication path of both master and <SID> database is Active. There is no issue with HADR replication.
