Symptom
The 'Generate Interview Questions Using AI' Option does not appear in the Applicant Information section when the upcoming interview notification is received in MS Teams.

Cause
'Outlook and Teams for Online Meetings' is not configured in the Work Tech Configuration page.
To use the feature, you need to meet the following pre-requisites:
- 1) Customer has purchased the SAP AI Units license.
- 2) Enable AI-Assisted HCM Content Generator option is enabled in Provisioning.
- 3) The integration between your SAP SuccessFactors App and Teams is fully configured in the Work Tech Configuration page.
Resolution
Please ensure that the integration between your SAP SuccessFactors App and Teams is fully configured in the Work Tech Configuration page.
- Navigate to Work Tech Configuration > Outlook and Teams for Online Meetings.
- Select a Custom App.
(If you have configured 'Set up Interview Scheduling Outlook Integration', a default option has been already created the existing credentials. Please simply select it.) - Click Connect.
(Please ensure that necessary permissions are enabled in the Azure App. Please see Configurations and Requirements for the Microsoft Teams Integration for details.) - Enter the Service account.
(This is the same as the account configured in 'Set up Interview Scheduling Outlook Integration'.) - Save.
