How can I Rehire a Full Time Employee (Permanent) as a Contingent Worker?

Employee Central - Contingent Workforce Management

1. You have terminated one Full Time Employee (Permanent) 

2. You want to rehire this user as a Contingent Worker

3. When system conducts duplicate check, you can see you have to rehire this user without button "Accept Match"

This is because you have upgraded "Concurrent Employment for Contingent Workers" feature from Upgrade Center.

If concurrent employment is supported for contingent workers, you can rehire a contingent worker on a new employment only.

If concurrent employment isn’t supported for contingent workers, you can rehire a contingent worker on their existing employment only.

Once you enabled this "Concurrent Employment for Contingent Workers" feature when you are not able to see this "Accept Match" anymore.

But if you have not enabled this feature, then you can still see this "Accept Match" before "Ignore Matches".
