3478298 - How to find and change "Rating Provided" when adding learning activities by attribute for development goal?

When adding learning activity to goal by competency (attributes), there is a column “Rating Provided”. Where do the ratings come from? 
This KBA is to introduce how to find and change the “Rating Provided”

SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning

1. Login to system.
2. Go to legacy Goal or latest goal- development goal.
3. Choose a plan or create a new plan, add some competencies.
4. Add learning activity by competency.
5. There is a column “Rating Provided”.

This is a competency rating associated to learning activities attributes in Learning Administration.
To find and edit the rating, Please follow below steps: 

1. Go to Learning Administration- Learning Activities- Attributes- Search for the attribute name, click on the Attribute ID in result, choose Items, we can see attribute Ratings associated to items. Click on each item to make changes.

Or Go to Learning Administration- Learning Activities- Items- Search for the learning course name in Item Title, click on the Item in result.

2.select Attributes tab and click the edit button to edit the rating.
