3478388 - Warning message 'Enter the Withholding Tax Territory where the transaction takes place'

While posting supplier invoices with withholding tax via Apps Create Supplier Invoice or Create Incoming Invoices, warning message "Enter the Withholding Tax Territory where the transaction takes place" occurs.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Enter App Create Supplier Invoice.
2. Create New Supplier Invoice. 
3. Enter mandatory fields (Invoicing Party, Invoice and Posting Date, Company Code, N de factura, Gross Invoice Amount) on General Information Tab, Basic Data screen.
4. Simulate
5. Warning message comes up: "Enter the Withholding Tax Territory where the transaction takes place".

As per the latest changes in format of Spain Withholding Tax reports, new amount fields Central Administration, Local Administration of Navarra, Local Administration of Araba, Local Administration of Gipuzkoa, Local Administration of Bizkaia are introduced. This information could not be determined since the region where the transaction is taking place is not stored while posting documents.

To capture the information where the transaction is taking place, new field "WHT Territory" is introduced while posting invoices relevant for Spain company code. This field should be filled with the region where the transaction is taking place which could be different from the supplier master address region. Please note this field is relevant only for withholding tax relevant postings.
