Is it possible to edit/remove the Hiring Manager contact detail under the "Welcome Message" Card received by the External Candidate?
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Reproducing the Issue
- Logged in External Candidate
- Click on the Welcome Message Card
- Hiring Manager contact details appear
Cause
- This is Expected Behavior
Resolution
- With the introduction of the New Homepage, the Hiring Manager's contact details can not be deleted from the "welcome message" card received by external candidates.
- By default, it will show the contact details of the assigned Hiring Manager.
