3478480 - Values displayed on field "New Main Employment" while terminating main concurrent employment - Employee Central

During the termination of the main employment of a user with concurrent employments, values are displayed in the dropdown of the field "New Main Employment". This KBA explain the logic of these displayed fields.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to a profile of a user with multiple concurrent employments
2. In the main profile, click to terminate
3. While filling the termination fields, "New Main Employment" field will be displayed, where you must select which employment will be the new main
4. In the dropdown of this field, you can see some values related to the other employments.

In the dropdown of the "New Main Employment" field, you will see the Job Title and the Supervisor (manager) of the other employments.

• If "Local Job Title" is available under Job Information, then it shows the combination of Local Job Title/Supervisor under the New Main Employment Dropdown.
• If "Job Title" is available under Job Information, then it shows the combination of Job Title/Supervisor under the New Main Employment dropdown.
• If both "Local Job Title" and "Job Title" is missing under Job Information, then it shows the Job Code Internal Id/Supervisor under New Main Employment dropdown.

Note: to find the Job Code internal ID, you can navigate to "Data Inspector", open entity "Table_GENERIC_OBJECT_T" and filter by the external code of the user's Job Code/Job Classification.
