3478665 - "My Team" card > Courses' due dates are displayed one day later

For managers, on the “BizX home page > For You Today > My Team”, courses' due dates are displayed one day later when compared to the due date displayed to the managers on Learning and to the due date displayed to the users that have the pending courses - even though all time zones set for the involved users are the same on BizX and Learning. Ex.: The manager sees course's due date as "June 2, 2024, while the actual due date is "June 1, 2024".

2. BizX home page > For You Today > My Team >
3. The courses' due dates are displayed, for example, as "June 2, 2024" >
4. Now, the manager goes to Learning and check the same courses' due dates, they're displayed as "June 1, 2024" >
5. The time zone set for the manager on BizX and Learning are the same >
6. The courses' due dates look correct everywhere except on the manager view: "BizX home page > For You Today > My Team".

There’s currently a limitation in the manager’s “My Team” card view. As it stands, the manager sees the employees' required dates in UTC, regardless of what's the manager's time zone, or the user's (task owner) time zone, leading to the one-day discrepancy scenario as per the above-mentioned steps.

There’s no available option to change the outcome in the manager’s “My Team” card view. A long-term enhancement is being evaluated among different Engineering teams, as it’s a complex change, involving different modules and the cards integration.

Workaround: As the manager, go to Learning > My Team > Access the desired user's learning plan to verify the due dates.
