3478699 - Sorting in Available Items in table navigation panel is reset when the panel is triggered by openNavigationPanel() API

• In Optimized Design Mode, sorting in "Available Items" in table navigation panel does not stay when the panel is triggered by openNavigationPanel()API. 
• When the story is opened in Data Analyzer, sorting in "Available Items" in table navigation panel stays.  

SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2024.8.10

1. Open table navigation panel using openNavigationPanel() in Optimized Design Experience stories(create a button for onClick)
2. Set Sorting(Ascending/Descending) in Available Items in table navigation panel.
3. Close table navigation panel, and open it again with the button. 
4. Sorting in Available Items is reset.
