3478725 - Can not preview PDF file in Fiori app "Balance Sheet/Income Statement" with languages with double byte characters

Symptom

When logon Fiori application "Balance Sheet/Income Statement" in languages with double byte characters, it is not possible to get the PDF preview.

Error shows in double byte language, with information like "ADS" and form template information "FIGL_BSAIS_EN".

When set the breakpoint at CL_SOMU_FORM_SERVICES=>__MERGE_XDP line 35, and activate WP trace component ABAP level 3, following error can be found:

A *** ERROR => ixml parser fatal error: I/O error

Environment

Up to S4HC Operation 2402 HFC07.
