3478856 - Error F2721 occurs when using XD07 to change account group of customer

Using XD07 to change account group of customer, below error occurs:

Change of account group not possible, customer & used in SD documents 

Message no. F2721

Diagnosis

Changing the account group is not possible for customer &. Customers of account group & are not permitted to use partner role &. However, there are still SD documents in the system for the partner role and the customer. Changing the account group potentially means that these documents are not processed.

Procedure

Choose an account group in which customers can use partner role & or archive the documents for the customers.
