Symptom

Upon executing transaction RECPA550 (Correspondence for Service Charge Settlement), missing contracts are noted in the overview list, which prevents printing of the service charge settlement results.

Following warning message is issued for affected contracts:

No partner was found with role Master Tenant with Customer Account

Message no. RECPSF040


In particular, contracts, which ended within the settlement period, are affected.
