Symptom
The DRFF filter setting can not work as expected, if
-including and excluding filters are implicitly contradicting- E.g., if a certain filter includes the object, another for a different filter object excludes it, the result would be no filtering
-you are using system filter. If the system filter is flagged in DRFIMG the filter setting in DRFF will be ignored
(path DRFIMG >> Define Custom Settings for Data Replication >> Define Technical Settings >> Define Technical Settings for Business Systems )
-the BP replication is happening through DRFOUT and a filter criteria is entered (putting a BP number is also a filter). If DRFOUT is executed without any criteria, this corresponds to an - unintended - initial load (so all BPs in the system will be selected) the DRFF filter criteria will be considered
-Only MDG’s >> “replication by <[BP/customer/supplier]> selection” is used and the flag “Apply object filter criteria” is not set
Please take a look at the SAP Note 2992104 - DRF filter objects for roles, identification numbers, and address usages
