Symptom
In Live Activity Center, when customer searches for an account, the information on Contract Accounts and Premises are displayed. When the customer clicks to restore default search results, it clears everything except the Contract Account and Premises, instead of showing all the fields cleared out.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Service work center.
- Open the Live Activity Center work view.
- Use the search bar and open an account which has Contract Accounts and/or Premises.
- See the results, including the Contract Account and Premise information attached to it.
- Click on "Restore Default Search Results" to restore the results.
- See that all the search information gets cleared, except for the Contract Account and Premise information, that keep being displayed.
Resolution
This is a current limitation of the system.
