Symptom

When importing data from SAP Integrated Business Planning it fails with the following error message:

  • Couldn't create <Name_Query> job

The HTTP archive (HAR) file contains the information below:

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Logon to SAP Analytics Cloud
  2. Create a new model or import job from SAP Integrated Business Planning
  3. Drag and Drop data to create the query
  4. Click Next
  5. Leave the Batch size as it is
  6. Click Create
  7. Notice the error message: Couldn't create <Name_Query> job.

Cause

Many IBP key figures rely their calculation in UOM.

Resolution

Add specific UOM conversion to the filter used to bring data from IBP to SAC.
