3479157 - E-Mail Notification Templates Settings error message

Symptom

Unable to download email notification template for mentoring. When trying to download the template gets an error message " Your request has not been processed successfully. Please try again"

Reproducing the Issue

Login to instance
Go to Admin Center > Email notification Template settings
Select one of the template below > Download > Error message pops out

Mentoring Request Submitted Notification
Mentoring Request Canceled Notification
Mentoring Request Auto-Declined Notification
Mentoring Match Notification to Mentees - Supervised and Unsupervised Programs
Mentoring Match Notification to Mentors - Supervised and Unsupervised Programs
Mentoring Match Notification to Mentors - Open Enrollment Programs
Mentoring Match Notification to Mentees - Open Enrollment Programs
Mentoring Request Declined Notification
Mentoring Relationship Ended Notification

Cause

Mandatory operation is bypassed for downloading mail template.

Resolution

You need to click "Save Changes" or "Save Notification Settings" button before downloading mail template, otherwise, the downloading operation will fail. Please select all mail templates that need to be downloaded, and click button "Save Notification Settings", then download the mail template.
