3479162 - No validation of Brazilian fields during the creation or change of a Contract or Scheduling Agreement using Free-Text Material

Consider the following scenario:

• You are creating or changing a Contract in transaction code ME31K / ME32K or creating or changing a Scheduling Agreement in transaction code ME31L / ME32L for Brazil Localization
• You are maintaining a Free-Text Material, that is, a material without material number in the Contract or Scheduling Agreement

It is noticed that the fields used in Brazil Localization (like Material Origin, Material Usage and Material Category) does not have any validation to check if these fields are maintained or not, either when trying to change the Screen Control configuration of Contracts or Screen Control configuration for Scheduling Agreements.
