3479232 - How to Check Approver(s) of a Sales Document in Approval in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

This KBA explains how to find out who the approvers are for a sales document that is currently in the approval process. 

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Resolution

  1. Go to SAP Fiori Launchpad.

  2. Search for the Sales Document:

    • Use the Enterprise Search bar at the top of the Launchpad.

    • Enter the Document ID of the sales document that is in approval.

  3. Open the Sales Document:
    • Click on the result that matches the document ID.
    • This opens the object page for the sales document.
  4. View Approvers:
    • Navigate to the “Approval Details” tab on the object page.
    • Here, you will see the list of relevant approver(s) for that document.
