3479243 - Goods Receipt material document stock type is Blocked even inbound delivery stock type is Unrestricted use - SAP S/4HANA Cloud

The material document is created for inbound delivery after goods receipt, but the stock type of the material document is "Blocked" even the stock type of inbound delivery item is set as "Unrestricted use". 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Create Purchase Order, set the stock type as "Unrestricted use" under "Delivery" tab and set confirmation as "Inbound Delivery".
2. Create inbound delivery and check the stock type at item level. The stock type should be the same as purchase order as "Unrestricted use".
3. Complete the putaway and click "Post Goods Receipt".
4. Check the material document created with APP Post Goods Movement, the stock type is "Blocked" under "Where" tab.

Improper customizing.

The material is defined as Quality Management relevant with APP Display Material(APP ID MM03) -> Quality Management Tab, field "QM in Procur. Active", but there is no inspection type "01" assigned to the material.

If goods receipt without delivery by APP Post Goods Movement (APP ID MIGO), there can be warning message "Certificate of type QM01 is required" and the F1 Help explain the cause.

A certificate must accompany the first goods receipt for an order item.

Check if a certificate is provided. If not, then the requirement set in the material master has not been met. If no inspection is created for this goods movement, the quantity is posted to blocked stock.

If an inspection lot is created, the missing certificate is marked as a status in the lot, and must be confirmed by the usage decision at the latest.

Go to APP Manage Certificate Receipts (APP ID F3233) and find the entry with purchase order number. Change the Certificate Status from "Expected" by clicking "Received".
