3479267 - Deleted goals are output in PM GM cross domain report - Performance Management

Deleted goals are still output in cross domain report with goal management and performance management domain (PM GM cross domain report).

This is expected behavior.

Deleted goals are not displayed in performance domain report, but the deleted goals' record still exists in goal domain.

When outputting goals using PM GM cross domain report and using "user id" as inner join parameter, deleted goals are output, which may cause confusion to users because those deleted goals are not visible in form.

Please use "goal id" as inner join parameter then the deleted goals will not be output in PM GM cross domain report.
