3479344 - SAP GUI is blocking the renaming of a Windows folder - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA.

Symptom

After adding an attachment using the "Services for object" button, the system does not allow to change the folder or file name without closing the SAP Logon completely. And the following error "This action can't be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program" occurred.
