3479375 - Why Some search filter options disappear after searching in SAP Signavio Collaboration HUB Search Filter

Symptom

  • In the Hub Select the Search & Add filter.
  • Select the filter and apply.
  • Some search filter options disappear.

Resolution

The attribute visibility setting in the Hub make the attributes visible. The visibility of the attributes can only be managed by adding to an 'attribute group'.  If the attribute is not added to a group, they are automatically added to "ungrouped attributes" group. If you add the attribute to a group, you can set the visibility in settings.
If an attribute does not show, you need to make sure the attribute is added to an attribute group with correct visibility setting (Visible, Visible if set, Invisible) in the hub settings.
