Symptom
A mismatch of SSFS files between the primary and secondary servers was observed after an update on xx.xx.2023. The updated files were not copied to the secondary site, leading to authorization issues during a primary failover to the secondary server.
On the Primary:
-rw-r--r-- 1 phcadm sapsys 2960 Apr 23 2023 SSFS_PHC.DAT
-rw-r----- 1 phcadm sapsys 187 Apr 23 2023 SSFS_PHC.KEY
On the secondary:
-rw-r--r-- 1 phcadm sapsys 2960 Mar 4 2019 SSFS_PHC.DAT
-rw-r----- 1 phcadm sapsys 187 Mar 4 2019 SSFS_PHC.KEY
An attempt to fix the mismatch by copying the old SSFS files from the secondary to the primary resulted in successful replication, but with outdated files from xx.xx.2019.
On the Primary:
-rw-r--r-- 1 phcadm sapsys 2960 Mar 4 2019 SSFS_PHC.DAT
-rw-r----- 1 phcadm sapsys 187 Mar 4 2019 SSFS_PHC.KEY
On the secondary:
-rw-r--r-- 1 phcadm sapsys 2960 Mar 4 2019 SSFS_PHC.DAT
-rw-r----- 1 phcadm sapsys 187 Mar 4 2019 SSFS_PHC.KEY
