Symptom

  • A SAP HANA design-time role is a predefined set of privileges and permissions that are assigned to users based on their required access in a SAP HANA system.
  • In an XS Classic environment, design-time roles may be created via HANA Studio, or the Web-Based Development Workbench.
  • However, it is important to note that this XS Classic model is deprecated and will not be included in a future version of HANA.
