3479550 - Initially declined document are not available for the onboarde in Download Your Documents - Onboarding

Symptom

Onboarde has initially declined the e-signature of a document, then re-completed the task and submitted the document. When the onboarde access your Onboarding Checklist and in "Download Your Documents" error: "Looks like something went wrong!" appears.

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Initiate onboarding for candidate
  2. Reach e-signature step
  3. Onboarde declines e-signature
  4. The compliance form task starts again
  5. Onboarde accepts/submits e-signature
  6. Onboarde goes to Your Onboarding Checklist > Complete e-Signature > Looks like something went wrong!



    Expectation is Your Onboarding Checklist > Complete e-Signature, the submitted document is available in "Download Your Documents"


Resolution

Workaround: Admin can find the signed documents in the Onboarding Dashboard > Candidate > Onboarding documents, they can manually save and send the document to the onbordee.

SAP Engineering is aware of the issue and a permanent fix is scheduled to be deployed as part of Success Factor 2024 Second Half release - 2411.
