3479610 - Delegate Error "User does not have the Access Advanced Library Search Permission assigned"

Delegate getting an error "User does not have the Access Advanced Library Search permission assigned" while using Assign Learning to user.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. While in the Learning Homepage, user selects Act As
2. Selects the user to act as a delegate for.
3. Selects Team View from the available cards
4. Selects Assign/Remove Learning
5. Selects Assign Learning
6. Selects +Add next in the Items, Programs and Curricula
7. User receives error "User does not have the Access Advanced Library Search permission assigned".

"Library and Assign Learning Permission" was not selected under "Act on my Learning" while adding delegate user.

1. As the User that is providing the delegate functionality, go to Option and Settings 
2. Add Delegate
3. Under User's Delegate Permissions-> Act on my Learning
4. Select Library and Assign Learning Permission
