• Is it possible to replace and / or change the information displayed on the Home tab of SuccessFactors Teams app?

Click on the Home tab of the SF Teams app and you will see the user's Cost Center and HR Contact information: 

It is not possible to customize this information. The bottom line highlighted on the screenshot will always display the Cost Center and the HR Contact information.

Note: "Employee Data -> Employment Details -> Employment Details MSS" permission is required to be able to see the Cost Center and HR Contact information on the Home tab of SF Teams app.

As this is the system design, you can submit an enhancement request for a change on this behavior to be considered within future development cycles.
