3479700 - PR Header Text is missing after running the API_PURCHASEREQ_PROCESS_SRV - ERP and S/4HANA

Symptom

After creating a Purchase Requisition in the ME51N transaction and running the method GET from the API_PURCHASEREQ_PROCESS_SRV API, the PR header text is missing.

In the ME53N T-code, it is displayed normally.
