Symptom
When hiring or re-hiring a Fixed-Term Contract employee, No-Show Event Reason is not available in Termination Reason drop down.

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to "Add New Employee for Fixed Term";
- Check that No-Show is not available in Termination Reason drop down.
Cause
Expected behavior.
Resolution
It is not possible to report No-Show for Fixed-Term employees in "Add New Employee for Fixed Term" screen. This logic is per system design.
In case a No-Show needs to be reported for a Fixed-Term employee, the following steps needs to be followed:
- Add employee to the system via "Add New Employee for Fixed Term" wizard;
- Delete termination record from employee's Job Information;
- Click on "Take Action" (MSS/ESS) > "Report No-Show";
- Fill the fields > Save.
Result: No-Show record will be inserted automatically to employee's Job Information and employee profile will become inactive simultaneously.
