3479729 - Fields are not translated in E-signature step - Onboarding

Although candidate's language is on specific language/translation and their data on Personal Data Collection is also completed according to this selected language, some fields on the generated forms (E-signature step) are appearing in other language (for example default one: English).

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Form was uploaded in locale "English (United States)", or any related language these fields are appearing.

Check in Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Template what is the selected Locale once form was uploaded.

Forms which contain token/field where the data type is 'Picklist', then these fields will be applied according to the locale (language) of the form.

It only happens to some fields, because "First Name" for example, is a String data type, then it will appear as the entered characters from Personal Data Collection.

• Check in Manage Business Configuration what is the Data Type of configured field (check for the related country, ex: homeAddress_IND).
