3479738 - AO Exception when using a negative value for the default number of Preferred Platform

Symptom

You use a negative value for the Analysis Office setting "PreferredPlatform". This leads to no responding in AO or an exception "Object reference not set to an instance of an object".

In the AO Traces you can see the below entries:
