3479782 - VAT Return Preview Company Name Is Different From The Reporting Company Name

A VAT return has reporting company name input as A. However, when opening the preview of the VAT return, the address maintained in the file is not A, but B instead.

(A and B represents different company names.)

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Tax Management work center.
2. Navigate to the Tax Returns - VAT Returns view.
3. Select the respective VAT return, and the reporting company name is A.
4. Press Preview, in the PDF file, the company name under address is B.

The company name in main address is incorrect.

Change the company name in the main address for the selected reporting company as follows:

1. Go to the Organizational Management work center.
2. Access Edit Org Structures under Common Tasks.
3. Select the relevant org unit.
4. Go to the Addresses tab, and maintain the correct company name.
