3479791 - Workflow system job SAP_WORKFLOW_RESTART not scheduled even if it is in scope

Symptom

  • SAP_WORKFLOW_RESTART has been set to Scope State "On" in transaction S_YI3_39000188 (view STJR_JOBD_SCOPE) but it is still not scheduled.
  • The behavior is the same when the job repository is active.
  • In application log of job repository (Object = JOB_ACTIVATION),  information "JD SAP_WORKFLOW_RESTART is set to "not in scope" (CL_SWF_WORKFLOW_RESTART_SCOPE~IS_JOBD_IN_SCOPE = FALSE)." can be found.
