3479976 - Communication Systems Are Not Deletable in SAP Sales & Service Cloud v2

You have created a communication system in sales cloud v2 system and you do not have an option to delete it.

SAP Service Cloud Version 2

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Communication Systems
3. Select any existing communication system
4. Notice that you only have the option to "Inactivate"

Deleting the communication system will also delete the reference identity of the corresponding user from all the business objects. Hence deletion is not allowed.

Communication system once created cannot be deleted from the system. This is an expected system behavior.
