3480134 - Some Utilities Payment Information Are Visible in S/4HANA but Are Not Visible in C4C

Customer would like that some payment information from S/4HANA Utilities, like Document Type and Check Number, be visible in C4C's Contract Account.

1. In S/4HANA system, go to the transaction FPE3.
2. In the Document Number search bar, type the desired document number.
3. See some payment information as Document Type and Check Number in the Header Data.
4. In C4C system, go to the Utilities Work center.
5. Go to the Contract Account work view.
6. Search for the Contract Account which is related to this Document and open it.
7. See that in all the tabs like Payments, Open Items or Account History you may find lots of payment data, but you will not find some information from the financial document display screen of S/4, like Document Type or Check Number.

It is not possible to display the required information by standards.

Customer needs to implement extension fields as per Utilities Administrator Guide: Utilities Contact Center Administrator Guide> Extensibility
