3480161 - Symbol click fails to display information in the Properties panel - SAP PD

• When the model diagram opens,
     - the right panel does not display anything, only horizontal lines,
     - the General/Definition/Version Info sections are missing.
• When an object is selected in the diagram, e.g. an entity or a table,
     - only the Permissions tab is visible,
     - there is no Info/Children/Dependencies/Diagrams ones.
• There were no issues before upgrading the Portal.
• File cmrserver.log reports the following errors:
     Could not find Model object #nnn in repository
  and
     The resource path cannot be computed because the parent is not known.
