3480226 - Unable to create live connection from SAP SuccessFactors to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Unable to create live connection from SAP SuccessFactors to SAC.
• The Clone Connections dialog box does not appear.

• SAP Analytics Cloud(Enterprise)
• Live Connection to SAP SuccessFactors

1. Login to SAC.
2. From the side navigation, choose -> Connections  -> Create New Connection.

   The Select a data source dialog will appear.

3. Expand Connect to Live Data and select  SAP Cloud Application.

   The New SAP Cloud Application Live Connection dialog will appear.

4. Select application from the dropdown available.
5. Enter the Application URL and Company ID for the selected application.
   
   Notice that the dialog box with list of Clone Connections does not appear.

 SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud are not on the common Identity Authentication service.

As per these documents: SAP Cloud Application Connection to SuccessFactors and Availability of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Live Connection from SAP SuccessFactors to SAP Analytics Cloud | SAP Help Portal , both the instances should be on the same identity authentication service.
