3480267 - Learning Native Login availability for External users, post CSD Migration

Usage of user Native login URL after CSD migration.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

After the CSD, users accessing the Learning system through the User Native Login URL will be automatically redirected to any new available Learning URL.

Please note that the User Native URL has been deprecated on November 19, 2024. Sign-in for native users is replaced with Identity Authentication. Native User Learning Sign-In is no longer be available, for all use cases, since 2H 2024.

If a tenant has not been migrated to IAS by this date, users attempting to access a native URL will be redirected to BizX. If there is no integrated BizX tenant, they will receive a 404 error.
