3480287 - AIF - Inconsistent /AIF/IF_MON information

Symptom

It is perceived that there are possible inconsistencies between the AIF Interface Monitor initial screen and the Message Summary for a given Namespace/Interface pair.

For instance, at the initial screen it is disclosed that there are X (any given number) errors and the Message Summary outputs that there are Y (possibly a higher number) errors.
