When a user tries to add a skill to their development plan, they receive an error:

• SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

1. Log in to SuccessFactors
2. Select the Home dropdown > Goals
3. Select the Development Goal tab
4. Select a development plan
5. Select the Create Goal button
6. Select Create from Scratch
7. Locate the Skills field and select +Add Skills
8. Receive error

User does not have attribute permissions

The user will need the View, Edit, and Create permissions for attributes in order to add skills to their development plan. The permissions are within Using Talent Intelligence Hub - Permissions Required for Using Talent Intelligence Hub.
