3480313 - System does not start after OS rebooting unexpectedly

Symptom

  • The system start command(e.g. sapcontrol -nr $$ -function Start) does not take any effect, the command returns OK, however, no SAP processes are created and no trace files are updated 
  • The result of "sapcontrol -nr $$ -function GetProcessList" shows processes in GRAY or YELLOW state
  • The result of "ps -ef | grep <process ID>" for the process ID listed in GetProcessList does not exist on OS or returns the wrong process (e.g., not an SAP process)
  • It's not working even after OS reboot
  • The issue happens after OS rebooting unexpectedly
