When Mobile Apply is enabled, the external candidate cannot rework the answers to the screening questions after resubmitting the withdrawn application.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. An external candidate logs into Career site with Mobile Apply enabled.
2. Apply to a job requisition.
3. Withdraw the application.
4. Resubmit the withdrawn application.
5. Open the resubmitting application. You can see the answer of the screening questions cannot be reworked.

The Product and engineering team decided to revert the changes made on Prescreening questions behavior. Once reverted, this issue will not happen. 

The action to revert this behavior is being target to 2405p15. Patch release dates can be found in the SAP SuccessFactors Patches Knowledge Base
