3480371 - The short text of value '>' and '≥' , '<' and '≤' in Attribute column are the same

Symptom

For the column 'Attribute' in T-code QE01, the short text of values '>' and '≥' is both 'Less than or equal to',  and the short text of '<' and '≤' is both 'Greater than or equal to'. This behavior can be confusing for users.
