Symptom

Status triggered e-mail is not being sent when using Latest Applicant Workbench. The issue occurs sporadically.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Recruiter moves a candidate to the status that has status-triggered email associated.
  2. The email is not triggered.

Cause

The email events are processed earlier than Status Change.

Resolution

This issue will be resolved in the 2H 2024 Release. For release timelines, please review SAP SuccessFactors Product Release & Road Map Information.
