• Status triggered e-mail is not being sent sporadically.
• The issue occurs when using either the Legacy or the Latest Applicant Workbench.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Recruiter moves a candidate to the status that has status-triggered email associated.
2. The email is not triggered.

The email events are processed earlier than Status Change.

This issue will be resolved in the 2H 2024 Release. For release timelines, review SAP SuccessFactors Product Release & Road Map Information.
