3480612 - Error saving tiles in Manage Home Page

• Error occurring when saving a card in Manage Home page: An error has occured when attempting to delete a resource. Please check the browser's console for details about the error.
• The message You don’t have the required permissions to upload a file shows up when trying to save an image in a card in Manage Home page.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Scenario 1:

1. Go to Manage Home Page;
2. Go to Organizational Updates; 
3. Create a custom card;
4. Upload an image;
5. Click on Save button;
6. The error occurs.

Scenario 2:

1. Go to Manage Home Page;
2. Go to Organizational Updates; 
3. Open a custom card to edit;
4. Click on Edit button;
5. Upload an image;
6. Click on Save button;
7. The error occurs.

If a custom card requires an image, to be able to create/edit the image, the permissions Manage System Properties > Company System and Logo Settings (or Learning > Learning Admin Access Permission), Manage System Properties > Company Dictionary, and Manage System Properties > Manage Home Page are required.

Grant the affected user the below permissions:

• Manage System Properties > Company System and Logo Settings (or Learning > Learning Admin Access Permission)
• Manage System Properties > Company Dictionary
• Manage System Properties > Manage Home Page
