3480709 - "Upload" Attachment Button Greyed Out During Onboarding in National ID Information Portlet - Onboarding

During the Personal Data Collection step, the “Upload” button for the National ID attachment is unavailable.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

In Manage Business Configuration, an "onboardee" data model for the National ID has been created in the nationalIdCard entity. In this data model, the attachment field is set to view-only visibility.

To enable uploading during the Personal Data Collection step, change the visibility of the attachment field to edit.
