During Personal Data Collection step the "Upload" button is not available for National Id attachment
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Cause
Under Manage Business Configuration, a "onboardee" data model for the National Id has been created in the nationalIdCard entity. In this data model, the attachment field is configured to have "view" visibility only.
Resolution
Change the visibility of the attachment field to "edit"
