3480712 - Error When Migrating Fixed Assets in the Migration of Accounting Transaction Data Tool

When trying to Migrate Fixed Assets in the system, the below error message is displayed:

'Data import of your accounting transaction data is incomplete. You can start the import once again to import the missing data'.

However, no errors are displayed in the Import Log.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Configuration Work Center.
2. Go to Implementation Projects View.
3. Select the First Implementation Project.
4. Click on Open Activity List.
5. In the search field, insert Migration of Accounting Transaction Data.
6. Click on Migration of Accounting Transaction Data.
7. Click on Migrate accounting transaction data using the migration tool.
8. Select the Unit ABC in the migration (where ABC refers to the migration unit title).
9. Click execute migration button.

When finishing the migration import, the import log is informing no data with the below error message:

'Data import of your accounting transaction data is incomplete. You can start the import once again to import the missing data'.

The inventory IDs maintained in the template are already being used.

The Inventory IDs should be modified in the template, as those IDs are already maintained in the system.

To verify which Inventory IDs are required to be modified in the template, perform the below steps:

1. Go to Business Configuration Work Center.
2. Go to Implementation Projects View.
3. Select the First Implementation Project.
4. Click on Open Activity List.
5. In the search field, insert Migration of Accounting Transaction Data.
6. Click on Migration of Accounting Transaction Data.
7. Click on Migrate accounting transaction data using the migration tool.
8. Select the Unit ABC in the migration (where ABC refers to the migration unit title).
9. Under details table in the Link to Import Log column, click on View Import Log for the Fixed Assets Line.

The Inventory IDs that should be modified in the template will be displayed.
